FDTroupe has been invited by the San Jose Ballet Association to perform in the Mountain View Festival of Dance, featuring multiple Bay Area dance companies. This free, family-friendly event showcases our Italy Country dances performed by our traveling students.
We’re excited to share that we’ve been invited by the San Jose Ballet Association to perform at the Mountain View Festival of Dance on Sunday, May 31!
We will be performing both Country dances from Italy, so only students who participated in the Italy trip will be included in this performance.
This event features multiple Bay Area dance companies in one performance and is open to the public.

Rehearsal Schedule

Thursday, May 28 at 8:00 PM (MVCPA)
We may have a technical rehearsal at the theater on Thursday evening, but this has not yet been confirmed. Regular FDT classes will be held as usual, and we will notify you if a tech rehearsal is added afterward.
Dress Rehearsal
Sunday, May 31 at 9:00 AM (MVCPA)
There will be a dress rehearsal the morning of the performance. Arrival time may vary depending on our placement in the performance lineup. If we are scheduled later, dancers may not need to arrive as early. More details to come.
Important Notes:
All costumes must be taken home on Thursday, May 28. Please do not leave without your costume.
Dancers should arrive with full hair and makeup. We will confirm closer to the date whether they should arrive in costume or bring it with them.
This is a family-friendly event with free admission.
